油粘土をつかってキャラクター100体つくる。 アスリートはメンタルとフィジカルのトレーニングを行っています。クリエイターだって同様に鍛錬が必要です。粘土造形とクレイアニメだって同じ。そこで、図工家の私は日々の鍛錬のために「油粘土をつかってキャラクター100体つくる」という目標を掲げました。コンセプトやデザインを深く考えずに、つくりたいといった湧き出る創作欲に身を任せて、とにかく手を動かし作ることにしました。100体作り続ければ、何かしら得るものは必ずあるでしょう。質は大事だが、とにかく無心で量をこなすことにしました。今プロジェクト名は「CLAY CHARACTERS 100」です。 今回は、作品no.1～10までの10作品をお送りします。 この動画は、皆さんにとって有益なものかはわかりませんが、油粘土を使って創作したいといった創作欲を刺激することでしょう。皆さんもぜひ、粘土造形とクレイアニメに挑戦してください。 それでは、どうぞご視聴ください。
